Warzone Season 4 is well underway and by now players are well familiar with all the best strategies and loadouts, and we are set for a great event full of top-notch plays and exciting moments.
Warzone Showdown EU will have some of the best Warzone content creators from the EMEA region invited to participate, while content creators which are not invited will have a chance to secure their spot through open qualifiers, as Twitch Rivals will hold a qualifiers event prior to the main tournament.
Here's everything you need to know about the Warzone Showdown tournament.
Warzone Showdown EU schedule
The event will have two stages, first is an Open Qualifier, and then the main tournament a few days later.
16th July - Open Qualifier, starting at 4 pm CET / 10 am ET / 7 am PT
20th July - Broadcast Day, starting at 4 pm CET / 10 am ET / 7 am PT
Warzone Showdown EU format
The event will be a trios tournament, with 49 captains (147 players) participating in an Open Qualifier, but signup priority based on Twitch Rivals' discretion.
Rules for the Qualifier and main event
- Private lobby
- 5 games
- Teams earn points during each game based on placement and kill.
- Teams are ultimately ranked based on their cumulative score.
- Total Number of Victories
- Total Number of Eliminations
- Average Placement in All Games
-Placement in the last game of the tournament

At the moment, captains and players haven't yet been revealed, but we will update the article as soon we have more information.
We are expecting to see some of the biggest and most popular Warzone content creators from Europe, like Vikkstar and many others.
Warzone Showdown EU prize pool
The event boasts a $75,000 prize pool. At the moment, we don't know the prize pool distribution based on the placement, but we will add more details once Twitch reveals them.
How to watch Warzone Showdown EU stream
The tournament will be broadcasted live on the official Twitch Rivals channel.
Furthermore, all participating content creators will be allowed to stream their POV of the tournament.
