With the full multiplayer release on the way, 343 Industries is prepared to spice things up.

Halo Infinite's multiplayer beta has been an absolute blast in terms of gameplay, however, as fans grow tired of the limited amount of playlists, 343 Industries is prepared to add up even more variety.

The current state of Halo Infinite only allows for users to jump into three playlists: Big Team Battle, Social, and Ranked, with no ways to play specific modes like Slayer, Capture the Flag, or more.

Fiesta, the fan-favourite party mode in which players spawn with different weapons each time they die, was only included as part of the recent Tenrai event and was quickly removed once it ended (at least momentarily).

Recently, 343 Community Manager John Junyszek gave fans a positive update regarding the future of Halo Infinite's playlist diversity.

Via Twitter, Junyszek explained that the development team is gathering feedback from fans, and in accordance with it are preparing to bring three new permanent playlists into the mix.

"We're working on plans to add Fiesta, Tactical Slayer (SWAT), and Free-For-All playlists as we speak," he tweeted out. Don't expect them during the game's launch on 8th December, as Junyszek added that it will take a couple more weeks to get things sorted.

Fans won't have to wait that long though, as 343 Industries expects them to hit the game before the end of the year. Furthermore, a Social Slayer mode is also in the works and it's expected to hit "after the holidays."

It seems fans will have plenty of more options to continue the tedious battle pass grind in the near future, hopefully maintaining interest in Halo Infinite after an initially positive reception.
