Jurrasic World Evolution 2 once again puts you in the seat of a dinosaur park director, with players able to design and build their park exactly as they wish.
It's an interesting take on the RTS genre, in part, because you have to essentially rear dinosaurs. Players can select which dinosaurs they want to populate their park with, and then will have to be aware of their needs in terms of food and habitat to give them the best chance of survival.
As you might have guessed, dinosaurs can come into harm's way and when playing through Jurrasic World Evolution 2 you may happen upon an injured dinosaur. If that is the case, all is not lost, as you can successfully nurse them back to health, if you are unsure how to do that, this guide will see you right.
How to treat injured dinosaurs in Jurassic World Evolution 2
Treating a dinosaur for an injury in Evolution 2 is a three-step process.
First, you will have to identify an injured dinosaur. You can tell they are hurt and need medical attention if they have a red arrow above their head. Hovering your mouse over them will give you further information about their injuries.
Their icon will also appear orange in the map view.
It should be noted that some dinosaurs will heal by themselves but those with more serious injuries or certain diseases will need medical attention.
For those that require medical attention, you will want to get them back to a Paleo-Medical facility. To do so, you will first need to transport them back to the facility with a transport team and a helicopter, for this you will need to also have a Response facility.
From the Response facility, send your capture team with the helicopter to tranquillize the dinosaur. When nearing the dinosaur press 'R' to go into shooting mode and shoot darts until the dinosaur is sedated (it may take more than one dart).
Now, head to your Paleo-Medical facility and select the "Transport" option from the menu. Select the injured dinosaur and bring them back to the facility.
Now, select a Scientist with the required Wellness training and have them treat the dinosaur.
The dinosaur will now be receiving treatment for its injuries. A progress bar will keep you informed of their situation, and once the progress bar is full you can transport them back to their enclosure to continue rehabilitation.
